    I have been working at Capita full-time (more than a year)


    Are willing to give opportunities to current employees.
    They have their fingers in lots of different pies so huge variation of opportunities.


    Pay is not great compared to some companies and getting a pay rise when moving internally can be very difficult and a long drawn out process (there's a long standing myth about maximum pay rise being 10% even when changing roles, but it's only a myth as my last pay rise was around 30%, you just have to stick it out and keep pursuing it if you really want it).
    The different departments and business units often operate as totally different entities and there is often no level of co-operation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make it easier for current employees to get the pay rise they deserve. I think the current policy actually encourages the best employees to leave rather than work their way up in the business
