    You are exposed to some of the most intelligent, dedicated professionals on the planet. Hours can be flexible depending on what department you are in and working from home is an accepted practice in most professional roles. The company is very active in the community and sponsors volunteer events regularly for associates to participate in. The salary and benefits package is competitive. Taking on new challenges is encouraged and once you have been in your role for a year you can post for any available roles at your level.


    There are reorgs frequently. There is no rhyme or reason to the cadence with which they will shake up your work life, job or reporting relationship. In some cases these reorgs result in folks losing their jobs. Also, coming to work every day and doing your assigned job is not enough to be successful. Going above and beyond is the minimum standard. Be prepared to take on more and work outside of your role if you expect to keep your career with this company. The performance management process is the most convoluted I have ever seen. You are pitted against people at your same level within your department and your manager has to go into a cage match twice a year to fight for your ranking. I have never had a problem navigating the process. It is just something to be aware of before you sign on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Revamp the performance management process to provide a clearer set of objectives for associates. Provide a more stable work environment where associates are not in fear of the next reorg or performance management cycle.
