    Good Salary
    Working from home flexibility


    Toxic office culture
    Poor Management
    Internal politics within HR with shameful leadership
    Blame culture
    Poor work/life balance due to unrealistic expectation and pressure

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop the destructive blame culture. Its is not happening across peers on the ground but its driven from Management which is even worse and hard to raise as an issue for employees. To the Managers of the Managers: try listening to the teams below you rather than the sugar coated news/updates from your direct reports, its likely THEY are the issue and covering themselves....passing the blame downwards....
