I worked at Corizon full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Loved the people I worked with. Loved my job.

    Cons

The corporation has no respect or value in what it's employee's have to say. Employee complaints, even formal complaints through proper channels are ignored completely. Myself and seven other long term employees with 5+ years invested in this company made the same complaint about the same person and nothing was done. We were the all fired or "encouraged to resign" within two months of the complaints.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have some sereous corrupt people working for you. You should treat your employees better... at least with the same basic human resources that are required for other corporations.
