Good health insurance benefits, great coworkers.

Strange and inconsistent corporate vision, officer level micro-management, below average salary for all positions, no incentive for giving more than 100%, nepotism, no employee training or career building.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

After losing several contracts, laying off over 100 employees, closing locations, telling staff they will need to take on more work, and then revoking profit sharing bonuses, this is a recipe for disaster. You will have to do better than tell staff that they can now wear jeans. The founder of the company must be so disappointed... but then again he has so much money, why would he care anymore?
