Former Employee - Executive Officer in Caerphilly, Wales

I worked at Department for Work And Pensions full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Reasonable leave allowance and salary, flexible hours. The opportunity to get involved with community projects by volunteering your time and sometimes the opportunity to work part time, depending on where you work.

    Cons

Abusive language from customers daily, a bullying atmosphere in some offices, very stressful. Unrealistic targets from management, earmarking people for jobs, before vacancies advertised.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
