I worked at Electronic Arts as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Great facilities, friendly people, overall pleasant culture. In the past it has a reputation of overworking employees, but it has gotten A LOT better. Everything closes at 5 except the gym, which encourages everyone to leave. Gym is great, you can even rent bikes. Walking paths around the building are nice (just watch out for duck poo) which is great for people like me who get antsy when sitting too long. They have a starbucks in the main building, a lifesaver.

    Cons

A bit tough if you're new to break into cliques and meet people. There are a few egos here and there, mainly in the higher level designers and programmers, but most employees are nice enough.
