    Former Employee - Technical Recruiter
    Former Employee - Technical Recruiter

I worked at Experis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good commission and some good people there. There should be access to great accounts via the group but.....

    Cons

There isn't. Cross selling is non existent. Outside of IT and Engineering the management is weak and there isn't a well communicated strategy or direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't build a successful recruitment company on acquisitions. Either come up with a cohesive strategy, communicate it and recruit capable leaders to deliver it or stick to IT rec into key accounts
