Middle management that micro manage.
Old fashioned views in certain departments
Promotions are given to who shouts the loudest not who is worthy.
Advice to Management
The new changes in the company will work and ultimately benefit the company and the client, however to make these more sucessful some of the middle management need reassignments within the company. They continue to hold back the talent and are reluctant to nuture the staff they have.
Certain departments are focused on reporting and losing the client element. Staff are becoming less engaged and we will see an increase in staff resignations.
