    I worked at Fircroft full-time for more than a year


    Strong presence around the world.


    Badly trained staff, terrible commission for employees. Awful internal communication. At best they could be described as a body shop. Known in the industry to be a place not to hire recruiters from, the staff are lazy and there for an easy life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate openly with staff and please reward and keep those who are talented, the business needs to grow, change and modernise, dead weight needs to be shown the door! Too many staff underperform and don't contribute. Too many layers of management.
