    I worked at Fujitsu America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    No office to visit everyday. Given company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone to perform job duties. Co-workers are awesome.

    Cons

    Micro-management. Recently added GPS to vans and restrict your time to idle even though 80% of the job is documentation on their horrible job tracking system. Evaluations and raises are based on metrics that do not measure your ability to provide customer service, they measure your ability to be a company man. You can provide the worst customer service, but if you update unnecessary files, if your not idling too long in your van, if you say you fix every problem the first time (even though you didn't), you are guaranteed a salary increase. When they do come. Once every 5 years! Completely disconnected from the company. Working the front lines with no weapons or protection. Just a target put on your back! No bonuses, no Christmas parties, no annual salary increases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees better. Provide regular salary increases based on the service that is performed. Not menial back office tasks. Follow through with commitments when contacted about issues.
