    I have been working at Gcom Software Inc part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Best guidance, Many opportunities to present our own ideas. And opportunity to implement and execute the new idea, Equal importance to all employees, Exposure to many different technologies and so you can have several things to learn and execute so better chances to prove your skills and many opportunities to take new challenges.

    Cons

    Sometimes it becomes difficult to solve the accepted challenges, but at last the outcome is a furnished individual to mutually benefit the organization.
