I worked at Gensler full-time (less than a year)Pros
good benefits (medical and dental insurance) good paid sick leave, good HR service, paid overtime, well organised social events.
good reputation in the industry.Cons
the 'studio' has more of a factory like feel rather than a work space for design leaders to work in i.e. rows and rows of too many people squeezed in on benches with not many other options for collaborative work apart from bookable meeting rooms.
Remote or flexible working is practically unheard of: people are to be seen at their desks (unless senior).
Because overtime is paid it is also demonstrably expected.Advice to ManagementAdvice
