I have been working at Goldman Sachs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Intellectual capital AND emotional capital (IQ & EQ)
    -Diversity
-work life balance - becoming better and better; what you out into it is what you get out of it
    -Philanthropy
-Creativity in the world of finance
-Leaders in their field from graphic design to theoretical physics create an unparalleled working atmosphere
-Ranked as one of the most beautiful looking employee companies (I think due to an ambitious attitude that drives people to constantly take care of themselves)
    -Superb pay; unmatched structure

    Cons

The hours are long - but hey, no pain, no gain.
