I have been working at Heinz full-timePros
Very few left - which is sad to say.
You work with very skilled individuals, creative, highly intelligent - who sadly are beaten and ground down daily to just hit a number.
Managers do not manage.
They do not motivate.
They bring in a sales number. & Micromanage you every day of the month until that number is hit.
When that number is looking like it is at risk , they run to do deep deals which then mortgages the next months numbers - short sighted method of managing a worldwide huge brand.
No Development plans.
No training plans.
Cost Saving - run by graduates / brazilians
Putting inexperienced people in roles, and letting them sink or swim - not exactly a great people policy.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Give up. Go home. Ruin another PLC. Start treating people like they matter. A Meritocracy is the advancement based on intellectual talent measured through examination and/or demonstrated achievement in the field where it is implemented. - so, by the fact everyone is leaving because you are making them leave , & then promoting people with no/little experience is not a Meritocracy, it's plugging holes with cheap heads - sorry to say it.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
