    I have been working at Hertz full-time for more than 3 years


    Some of the employees are incredible professionals that make a difference for the customers and for the company. That's about it.


    Misselling is common practice and constantly overlooked in order to make the numbers look good. There is absolutely no appreciation for employees and senior management are not interested in any real issues the customers and employees may have. Any success or promotions is unlikely unless you are a politically minded person. Candidates for job openings are chosen before the interview process has begun.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It is pointless to give advice to people who do not want to listen. Having employer of choice as an objective is a joke.
