    I have been working at Hub Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    I worked for the Highway division in Hub Group. They offered immediate benefits and a generous bonus program. I have learned a lot about the industry and was provided with the tools to be successful in the industry.

    Cons

    Bonus program changes are communicated after period for potential bonus. No official training program or guidelines. Operating system is severely dated and is in need of an immediate upgrade. Raises must be asked for and not guaranteed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If changes are to be made to the bonus program, inform the employees before quarter end. Implement a training program that each HSS must complete to make for a uniform training environment. Mandatory raises each year would boost the moral of the office as well as give each employee something to strive for and to continue to improve their performance.
