    I have been working at ICON full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The people are great, everyone is always willing to help each other, and the whole office vide is really nice.

    Cons

    Management is really bad, which lets down the whole company. Too much work for too few people and management do nothing but have meetings about meetings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are some great people at Icon, sadly management do not reward or recognise their staff accordingly. The processes Icon have are convoluted and designed to cause confusion and delay rather than being helpful or streamlined.
