    Work life balance, career mentoring, smart colleagues and interesting work.


    Terrible HR who does everything in its power to squeeze out talented analysts through salary cuts, despite all the promises of talent retention by senior management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a good look at the damage HR is doing to this company. The CEO said 'we don't want to train analysts for other companies', yeah well that's exactly what will happen if HR keeps punishing hard working analysts with pay cuts and demotions every chance they get.
