Does not properly invest in its people. Management are incentivised to minimise costs which is to the detriment of proper training and development.
Sales staff receive huge bonuses on the back of analysts' work. Analysts receive hardly anything except a really poor work-life balance.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Properly incentivise the analysts by putting in a proper training program and give them a decent bonus. Remember, it is the analysts who produce your products and services and often the analysts do more than the sales people to sell them to the customers.
Don't be such a process-driven organisation as it stifles innovation.
Be true to your vision, mission and values otherwise spare everyone the wasted effort in promoting them when it is plain to see that numerous senior staff disregard them.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
