    Pros

Your travel around the world. You get reasonable financial compensation due less to the effort your did.

    Cons

Very unstable. Rarely do they give anyone a fixed contract. The reason for that, if you get a fixed contract at IOM for five years straight, you get in the UN pension fund and medical insurance, that you still have access to for life even after you leave your work after five years. Knowing that, they dispense an unreasonable amount of part-time contracts and very few full time ones. It is always project based or part-time contracts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be fair to all employees and quit making work insanely hard and unfriendly for some to replace them by someone you know. And above all, don't you ever try to undermine someone's skills and effort simply because you want to justify his replacement by some of your friends or relatives.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
