    I worked at Interval International part-time (more than an year)


    Very flexible working hours in some departments.
    Some good ideas on incentives
    Some great staff
    Sufficient training programme
    Staff benefits are good


    Lack of good practice on management style for handling staff concerns
    No or little career progression
    Unrealistic targets
    Can be a stressful and repetitive work activity
    Scheduled hours (overtime) are not initially explained properly in terms of hourly rate

    Better measures in place to see that staff are content
    Review on incentive plan to better meet expectations of staff whilst maintaining management budgets
    On-going staff training from time-to-time
