Great job for a college student, but there are few real career opportunities.

Former Employee - Assistant Store Manager  in  Provo, UT (US)
Former Employee - Assistant Store Manager in Provo, UT (US)

I worked at JoS. A. Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Clean environment and greta pay for the hours worked, I loved getting to know customers and educating them on clothing.

    Cons

There is no chance to move up in the company without getting your own store, also there are constant customer service issues. People aren't happy when you forget to tailor their $2000 suit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A focus on employees leading to lower turnover would also increase sales.
