I have been working at McDonald's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Offer flexibility to staff and give you a lot of experience of high pressure so you have a lot to talk about in interview etc.

    Cons

Salary to low for the amount of work entailed. As most is franchised a lot of talent gets trapped in positions when they should have progressed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stricter ruling on franchisees as they are just there to take money and make you loose your most talented people.
