    I have been working at McGregor Boyall Associates full-time

    Pros

    The people are up for a laugh, lots of banter and some people really support each other.

    There are a couple of consultants who are excellent at their job!

    There is a good Christmas party, this past year was at the Tower of London, previously at the HAC.

    Cons

    Management are atrocious including the MD who ignores most staff and is rude to people leaving so that past employees of the company will not work with the business again. The FD is unqualified and is a glorified secretary and the sales director hops on others meetings and brings very little of his own business. Benefits are abysmal, HR is non existent. Pay is terrible! Growing Aston Carter environment = dog eat dog environment and lots of dirty tricks played.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recognise your only as good as your people. Don't get greedy and start paying your staff properly and incentivise people to stay. A 50% attrition rate on a yearly basis is a joke!
