    I have been working at Mediaocean full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great place to start. Fun company events. Always opportunity to work on different projects, never boring. People are helpful, if they don't know an answer to your question they will try to help you find the person who does.

    Cons

    Pay is low for the volume of work expected. Not enough opportunity to move around to different teams, or promotion opportunities.

    Higher compensation for existing employees, more growth opportunities.
