I have been working at Mediaocean as an intern (less than an year)

The people are really nice, flexible, and funny. Management makes an effort to present themselves as approachable. Compared to other software companies, there's a great work/life balance in the sense that there's no ball pit to try and make you stay 19 hours. There are free breakfasts and good parties though...that's important.

Not sure there are any straight up cons, so much as a Mediaocean is a standard company, and embodies all the issues that come with that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company values are in theory a very nice sentiment. In practice I find the upper level management tries maybe too hard to share them, and the come off a bit disingenuous.
