    I worked at Medpace

    Pros

    - There are some people here who really know what they are doing
    - Nice shiny new offices
    - Strong therapeutic knowledge throughout the clinical staff

    Cons

    - CEO is still way too involved, and occasionally verbally abusive
    - Top level functional management has been the same for +15 years ... they aren't going to budge on new ideas
    - Uncompetitive pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start embracing change. Top management: LET GO. Be willing to pay for talent.
