    Pros

Work-life balance is good. Company does care about employee engagement and feedback, with an increasing focus on making it actionable.

    Cons

Information is often silo'd between organizations, even those that operate under the same umbrella. Training and learning opportunities aren't as easily gotten as they make it out to be at the beginning. Often is not approved and you have to use your own time, even for industry certifications. Compensation is ok.

    Advice to Management

Strategy does not seem to consistently flow down. Talent pipeline is flawed, very good candidates often don't even make it to a manager's desk for evaluation.
