    Working with guests & upbeat staff


    I experienced several of these complaints that have been listed on several of these reviews. This company is so micromanaged & puts so much pressure on their management that in return the staff feels the stress from hotel management. With all of these negative reviews & being rated 2.3 there is obviously something wrong. Rather than defending the negative reviews, maybe it's time to correct the issues & reflect on pillars approach. I've never felt so let down from a company I represented.
