I have been working at PolycomPros
Leadership has vastly improved with the change in command 12 months ago when Peter Leav was appointed CEO. Excellent work environment with the option of working from home full time. Interesting work with a variety of projects available to take ownership of, which often results in expanding my skill set. Earn respect in your role, and you can go places. Great technology, enhancing business relationships and reducing the need for business travel.Cons
Long hours on occasion, but the home environment provides some flexibility to managing critical home life needs (kids, home repair contractor visits, etc). At times, tactical requirements are more involved than upper management realizes.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Management should stop and truly listen to the people they manage. We don't have time to raise concerns on trivial issues, so when we do bring up concerns, it's most likely something worth listening to.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
