    I have been working at Quality Inn & Suites

    Pros

    - Simple job; it allowed me to earn spending money while I was in school and I could bring in homework to complete there
    - Computer system was real easy to learn and was very efficient
    - Very laid back

    Cons

    - Management could have done a better job with training. My manager was a nice guy, but sometimes got on to me for things that I felt were never explained to me in the first place.
    - Management could have given more authority to the front desk agents. I was told many times to tell customers "Call the Manager in the morning" - leaving me to feel unsatisfied in dealing with the customer.
