I worked at Quintiles full-time (more than an year)Pros
Quarterly free lunches, there would be events that were done to 'build morale' within the officeCons
Lots of back biting and two faced colleagues who were just just out for themselves to impress the manager. It got so bad to the point employees used to make things up about another colleague.
Management were not trust worthy, you would ask to keep things confidential however this would never stay between you and the manager and other colleagues of yours would get to know your business.
They tell you that there are other opportunities within Quintiles but when the time comes they don't help you at all, in fact block you. HR always side with management even if you have a strong case. Seems almost impossible to get supportAdvice to ManagementAdvice
Listen to your employees.
Do not set unrealistic targets and then blame the employee for not being able to achieve them.
