I worked at SYSCO Food Services of Baltimore full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Yeah, they offer PTO, medical, dental, etc. Who doesn't? Oh, and parking is free. Yay.

    Cons

The general management style is "Morale will improve or the beatings will continue". Most employees have been there for 20+ years not because it's a great place, but because they don't know any better and/or don't have any transferable skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need a serious shuffle of management up top. Everyone knows the weak links - it's nepotism that has got them there and is keeping them there. Not results, not positive leadership.

    Disapproves of CEO
