I have been working at Salvation Army full-time (more than 5 years)

    The clients we work with.

Very bad management, don't listen to staff concerns, brush issues under the carpet, stick by their own!! Staffing cuts, double the work and cut your salary every year-and they expect loyalty. Shut up and put up attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employ and promote people who have the right qualifications and experience for management positions. As you insist managers must be practicing Christians, you may not be getting the right people for the job. People can have Christian beliefs and values without attending a church. Staff do respect and promote the company's aims, objectives, values and ethos, you do have chaplains in place also to address any religious matters.
