I have been working at Six Flags part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Will work with your schedule, majority of supervisors are great to work with and will work with you if needed (ex: my grandmother died and I had no chance to find someone to cover so my Supervisor just took my off the schedule even though we were already understaffed for that shift), free admission and buddy pass are great, a generally a fairly set schedule (increasingly put in concrete the farther up management you go), can always seem to get more hours if wanted

    Cons

No chance to request off days in advance. They schedule you when they schedule you and if's your job to find someone to cover any and all shifts. Even if you know two months in advance you're going on vacation, you still have to wait until three weeks before to get your schedule and find someone to cover all shifts. Sometimes management can't seem to get on the same page. Pay isn't amazing, but the job doesn't require a lot of skill so it's not surprising

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure everyone has the same goals! I shouldn't have one supervisor telling me one thing one day, and then another Sup tell me something completely different the next! Also maybe allow Night Leads to come in earlier like the morning leads and shift changes would go a LOT smoother
