I worked at Supplemental Health Care full-time (less than an year)

I do not recall any pros to this experience

I felt as though their "core values" were not upheld, management did not seem to care about ethics. I was asked numerous times against my wishes to put together pay packages for people that approved to give them MLA/untaxed travel pay even if they did not meet the requirements to receive the travel pay. I voiced my concern to management every time I was asked to do something I did not agree with and even escalated the issue to higher level management, no one seemed to be on my side and agree that what was being done was wrong and illegal. I felt like I was compromising myself by working here. I worked here less than one year and I have never seen management take so many "sick" days, managers were typically the last people into the office in the morning and more often than not, the first to leave the office in the afternoon. There were very few weeks where at least one manager didn't call in sick at least once or need to come in late or leave early for some reason or another. In regard to compensation, during my interview I was told I would make a certain amount "unless I was doing something wrong" after a couple months of employment I sat down with my manager and asked what I needed to do to make that amount and they scrambled to find the numbers from the best employee in their office from the previous year, they then took their single highest production month and multiplied it by 12, which was obviously an unrealistic parallel to what someone could make "unless they were doing something wrong"
