I have been working at Tellabs full-time for more than 10 years

Very challenging and engaging environment. Management was interested in improving processes and listened to employees ideas and contributions. Employees in this group have a very broad range of job responsibilities. Pay is very good.

Company changed hands several times over the years creating challenges and many changes. The last purchase eliminated many positions and did not give any thought to who they were letting go except the cost savings. Future outlook for company is questionable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep communication channels open and communicate often with employees since there are so many changes and strategy is not certain.
