I have been working at Thomson Reuters as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Independence, learning curve never ends, hassle free atmosphere, plenty of opportunities. The use of cutting-edge technology makes it a fun place to work.

    Cons

A little more focus on requirements elicitation would save a lot of time on product re-development. Also, there aren't many fun-filled activities in the company. Everybody kind of stays on their bench and work in single. Small get togethers especially on national holidays would bring people together more effectively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not a strict but an uncalled organizational hierarchy is maintained. Try to bridge that
