    I worked at Time Warner Cable (more than 8 years)


    Perks such as free service.


    Poor leadership...supervisors, managers, directors... Your feedback doesn't matter, regardless of what they say.
    Things are constantly changing, way too often. By the time you are getting the hang of doing things one way, they are already changing it. You're nothing but a number there- your phone statistics and sales are all that matter to them. You could be the best representative ever and your customers always hang up happy and taken care of; but if all your other metrics don't meet- out the door you go. They don't care about friendships, family, comradery or seniority- its strictly business with a fake smile. They also just promote their buddies by giving open positions to who a manager likes. Or they rather hire someone from outside who doesn't know a thing about what we do. It's very sad when you have to train your new supervisor!
    Lastly, they deny deny deny...but they are definitely cleaning house after the Comcast merger.

    As for coworkers- some people are very nice but to be brutally honest, the majority is a low class, unprofessional bunch.

    Customers who call in for the most part are angry and are not afraid to tell you in the worst way. Yelling. Cursing. Threats. Imagine dealing with that for 8 hours a day.
