I worked at US Army full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of benefits-medical, dental etc. Invaluable leadership opporunity not found anywhere else. Great place to start a career. Great people who for the most part will help you. Work life balance is great

    Cons

Too many people not focused. Very few people actually want to stay in. Of course when deployed you are putting your life in danger especially in a line unit.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
