    Pros

Friendly colleagues who naturally leave the company very soon

    Cons

Highly complexed and inadequate management, nepotism, favouritism, no clear career path, LIES that are too obvious, little money, micro-managers, people who seem to be appointed in roles randomly, irrelevant training, substantial training not offered at all, unrealistic expectations since all the wrong choices are made

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and ears to what employees say. When they leave a group massively there is always a good reason for this (inadequate manager anyone?)
