    Some excellent talent to work with and learn from
    Accessibility to higher management across all departments in certain locations
    Opportunities to move globally if the right position is available
    Generous tuition assistance program for further education
    Excellent work life balance - flexibility on working hours
    Pay is pretty decent - bonus every year


    Far too much if not everything is managed, controlled and dictated from the HQ

    Organisation reshuffles every few years.

    Unrealistic expectations are made for the business when not all the products and tools are available

    Often people are promoted to the next level based on who they know, not what they know. Very little accountability

    Lack of career progression, very flat organisation.

    Very little diversity in certain departments, same types of people are hired, rather than introducing different people who may have the potential to be even better than the manager.

    Advice to Management

    For those who are wanting to progress in a flat organisation, opportunities need to be promoted within teams to rotate roles or help provide training for the next role. Roadmap's need to be created to show employees where they can go within the department and within their teams.

    Higher management in international locations need to be held to their promises to the business, time and time again promises are made and then broken.

    Certain departments need further diversity and the message of hiring those better than you is being lost definitely in the international region.
