    I worked at Wonderful Brands full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Company car, benefits, salary, iPad, very philanthropic company, cares about their employees and the community. Every year there is an awesome National Sales Meeting.

    Cons

    You may be micro-managed a bit, but its only because the Retail Supervisors have 8-10 reps to manage, so they need to make sure everyone is doing their job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Making more of an effort to get teams together more often. Since most of the time you are in your territory, you never get to see any of your teammates except for at the National Sales Meeting.
