“9 years -- software engineer”

Pros:  “I've been there 9 years and they treat me like a king. Flexible hours, tons of recognition, tons of good work, love it there! bonuses, and decent raises”

Cons:  “my results are not typical, most people get 2-3% raises and no bonuses, u need to take initiative to make it big” – Full Review
