£40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE. Flexible and part time working can be considered, although the role is currently advertised as full time.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, creative and organised marketeer to help lead the AHC marketing team. You will work closely with the new Marketing Director to develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy to achieve the group’s exciting plans for growth. This is a broad role responsible for the planning and optimisation of all marketing activity including website management, digital marketing, brand and partnerships. Your meticulous attention to detail, great time management and positive attitude will be instrumental in helping to build a strong, new in-house marketing team. Who you are.
You will have;
Experience: At least 5 years marketing experience in a senior or management role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector, with expertise in marketing strategy, including creative direction, website and CRM management, email marketing and partnerships.
Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and Canva, coupled with strong copywriting and grammar skills.
Attitude: A proactive mindset, a drive to help build a marketing team that wins awards and a good track record in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Location: Ability to work flexibly from home and in our five hotel locations across Surrey, West Sussex and Kent. You will need a driving licence and access to a car.
Bonus Skills: Experience with digital marketing campaigns, Google Ad creation and SEO

Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Marketing Director and supervise a team of two to create a marketing strategy that drives business growth.
