    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a passionate, creative and organised marketeer to help lead the AHC marketing team. You will work closely with the new Marketing Director to develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy to achieve the group’s exciting plans for growth. This is a broad role responsible for the planning and optimisation of all marketing activity including website management, digital marketing, brand and partnerships. Your meticulous attention to detail, great time management and positive attitude will be instrumental in helping to build a strong, new in-house marketing team.     Who you are.

    You will have;

    Experience: At least 5 years marketing experience in a senior or management role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector, with expertise in marketing strategy, including creative direction, website and CRM management, email marketing and partnerships.

    Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and Canva, coupled with strong copywriting and grammar skills.

    Attitude: A proactive mindset, a drive to help build a marketing team that wins awards and a good track record in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

    Location: Ability to work flexibly from home and in our five hotel locations across Surrey, West Sussex and Kent. You will need a driving licence and access to a car.

    Bonus Skills: Experience with digital marketing campaigns, Google Ad creation and SEO

    What the job involves:

    • Marketing Strategy: Lead on the development of comprehensive marketing plans for each hotel including the Spas and FB outlets, leveraging your creativity and offering practical, engaging solutions to operational challenges.
    • Website Management: Manage and maintain website, working closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure content is up to date, compelling and that the customer journey is optimised. Previous experience on Wordpress is essential.
    • Email Marketing: Supervise the design and execution of email campaigns, analyse performance metrics and optimize the guest journey through our platforms.
    • Digital Marketing and Data Analysis: Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track and report on the performance of web, email, social media and Ad campaigns, making data-led decisions for future activities.
    • Press: Create and send press releases when required, manage press stays, maintaining relationships with journalists and writers.
    • Gifting: Manage all aspects of the hugely successful gift voucher portal.
    • Photoshoot Management: Plan and oversee photoshoots to capture compelling, seasonal visuals for all channels
    • Social Media and Influencer Collaboration: Oversee social media planning and influencer strategy. Identifying brand appropriate influencers and content creators, coordinating stays and visits to amplify our brand presence.
    • Experiences and Events: Strategize and manage a calendar of compelling events and experiences for each hotel encouraging local engagement.
    • Partnerships: Work alongside existing partners and establish new ones to create desirable experiences for each property.
    • Third Parties: Liaise with third parties ensuring that hotels’ listings are up to date with seasonal imagery and offers.
    • Collateral: Lead on the creation design of both digital and print and update existing collateral as required. A good knowledge of Indesign or Canva is required.

    Reporting Structure:

    You will report to the Marketing Director and supervise a team of two to create a marketing strategy that drives business growth.

    The minimum salary is £40K and the max salary is £45K.
