    Pros

Um, nothing to do with the agency directly. More with its location, that is, it being located in the Hearst Tower.

    Cons

Delusional that they think they are competitors to the agencies that create great work such as RGA, 360i, Razorfish, etc.

Management is ineffective, nasty, bad attitudes and only out for themselves. No interest in developing great talent.

Culture is like no other. People think they are better than their co-workers and are not friendly. There really is no culture.

High turnover. Can't find good talent. They hire you based on whether they get a "good vibe" in the interview and nothing to do with your qualifications.

Might gain incremental work but don't win new work.

Have no idea what some of these departments actually do and try to hype themselves up.

Basically don't work here. Whether you are fresh out of college or a veteran.

Could be a great agency if they hired talent, re-evaluate who are the so-called leaders, and focus on producing great work vs. office politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire yourselves.
