    Clinical Program Manager

    Fair Lawn, NJ

    Function:

    Responsible for the implementation and facilitation of clinical services delivery with strategies approved by the Clinical Director or designee for the Peer 2 Peer navigator team and to maintain a modified caseload in the WISE (Wraparound Intensive Services) program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct supervision, training and supports on the program model.
    • Ensures compliance with agency requirements and evidence based clinical guidelines.
    • Facilitates weekly group meetings with navigators and supervisor to address issues related to client engagement.
    • Provides support and direction to staff.
    • Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with stakeholders and partners.
    • Complete data analysis and prepare reports for analysis.
    • Facilitate individual and family therapy for youth and parents/caregivers, as specified in each family’s treatment plan.
    • Create clinical case record for all clients; conduct initial screening and complete assessments tools and intake report.
    • Provide clinical and case management documentation, including the development of treatment goals, specific and meet regulatory or accreditation standards.
    • Attend mandatory in-service trainings and clinical conference, including case consultations.
    • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate to evening groups and appointments with families.
    • Participate in relevant community activities and meetings to promote program awareness and education.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in the social sciences with a license in social work or as a professional counselor ( MSW/LSW or MA/LAC).
    • Minimum of 4 years of successful middle level to upper management supervisory experience required.
    • Interest in working with children and teens.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Computer literacy skills
    • Valid NJ driver’s license and use of own vehicle for self-transportation

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
