    South Florida-based hospitality company looking for a full-time, experienced marketing manager. Job location in located in the Downtown Miami area.

    The ideal candidate will be highly creative, meticulously organized & extremely motivated. With a pocketbook full of contacts and a positive attitude, the ideal candidate must be willing to build and leverage community relationships. We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in a fast-paced, exciting work environment and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

    Our ideal candidate is a very detail-oriented individual with solid time management and critical thinking skills. These are an absolute must as multiple projects will be worked on simultaneously. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of event coordination, marketing strategy, & project management.

    This candidate has solid experience, possesses a high level of creativity, and can take direction and responsibility on projects, from initial concept through to completion. This candidate will be working very closely with the marketing team as an integral part of the organization. Although working with the team, we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take charge of projects to ensure the highest quality of output adhere to brand expectations, and put in the hours to meet tight deadlines.

    Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Events: Calendar Management/Overall Event Coordination

    - Event conceptualization, & coordination of event logistics/entertainment for assigned venues.

    - Responsible for following through on event marketing strategy & initiatives for assigned venues.

    - Coordinate & conceptualize event décor/production plan with Production Manager & ensure proper execution of event setups.

    - Weekly calendar audit for general calendar planning & optimal placement of events.

    2. Marketing Team Coordination/Collaboration

    - Creative ideations to contribute to the team in terms of new marketing strategies & opportunities.

    - Coordinate & facilitate marketing announcements, incl. events, new promotions, and new initiatives.

    - Design Team coordination & collaboration, incl. providing clear direction for artwork/designs & making certain to adhere to brand standards for all material while ensuring output is creative and eye-catching.

    - Social Media Team coordination & collaboration, incl. review of scheduled posts, & ensuring we are posting in all the relevant channels incl. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Yelp Connect, Google My Business, Linked-In, etc.

    - Digital Advertising Team coordination & collaboration, incl. review of scheduled ads verbiage & content, ensuring we are advertising across all relevant platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Yelp, Waze, & Trip Advisor), review of weekly newsletters, all email blast communication in detail for assigned venues, etc.

    - Web Team coordination, & consistent review

    - Public Relations Team: successfully communicate initiatives with ample time, for each of the assigned venues to maximize press coverage and promotions.

    - Traffic Events Team coordination, & collaboration to ensure we are receiving a consistent flow of traffic events through assigned venues through networkers, fundraisers, corporate happy hours, & holiday parties.

    - Be knowledgeable on the future of digital advertising

    3. Overall Marketing Responsibilities

    - Foster new Influencer partnerships, & media partnerships incl. coordination of visits in conjunction with social media, public relations, & events teams.

    - Directly manage new marketing initiatives such as a new billboard marketing campaign, or a new ad buy with a magazine.

    - Identify offsite promotional opportunities and assist in coordination/execution.

    - Coordinate external advertising materials & distribution of photos/event artwork to 3rd parties, and the venue management.

    - Website Review (*and all digital portals) - Make sure everything is working well on the computer & phone. Always think about customer experience.

    - Ensure our overall customer experience throughout the flow of our marketing remains consistent and great – from the first ad they see to the landing page, to the RSVP page in terms of verbiage, page loading experience, media/content, etc. AND be able to pinpoint room for improvement, and work with the team to correct/improve this.

    - Ensure all on-site materials & signage are up to date, & responsible for purchasing all on-site promo, branding, venue menus, printed or apparel materials (etc.)

    - Send out weekly run-of-show emails to the operations & marketing team with all pertinent details about the entire weekend.

    - Weekly Eventbrite follow-up to make sure all events are posted. If needed, you will be expected to post this yourself.

    4. Weekly Meetings Attendances

    - Attend weekly marketing, public relations, and operations meetings for assigned venues.

    - Meet weekly with Directors to discuss progress & initiatives, as well as clarify any questions about the events/programming of the week.

    - Meet with the production team as needed to ensure sufficient preparation for events.

    5. Reporting

    - Create proposals to stay within budget.

    - Weekly attendance reports for events and covers for restaurants.

    Weekly summary & gauge of initiative success.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and speaking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills in person and remotely, with high professionalism.
    • Proactive and hardworking.
    • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
    • Organization and attention to detail are a must.
    • Proficient using the latest versions of MS Office including but not limited to Word & Excel.
    • Must be a creative thinker with an affinity for eye-catching marketing materials
    • Experience with Adobe CC is a huge plus (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop)
    • Experience with META, & Google Ad platforms is another HUGE plus.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of hospitality marketing manager experience, or a similar marketing role
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or creative field
    • 2-3 years of managing, and collaborating with team members.

    Compensation

    $65,000-$75,000
