We are currently looking to fill both full and part-time Sales Associates / Design Consultant positions in our Natick, MA showrooms.
About the positions:
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers. Introduce our brand and showcase our capabilities as furniture makers.
- Build genuine rapport with customers to determine their needs to help them make their interior design visions a reality. (We have clients literally for life!)
- Utilize a combination of interior design knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to provide product recommendations, assist with space planning and maintain relationships with our customers.
- Provide customers with knowledge of our products from natural wood case goods to upholstery and the benefits of buying handcrafted furniture.
- Manage and execute all stages of sales process through initial intake, designing, production and delivery to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Meet with customers in the showroom, in their home and through virtual in-home consultations.
About you:
- Personable with a passion for interior design and problem solving.
- Willing to learn about our building process and extensive product line.
- A team player — willing to ask colleagues or managers (from across our nine showrooms) for guidance in assisting with custom and modified pieces.
- Excellent communication skills, time management and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable with computer applications.
- Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Available to work weekends and some holidays.
The positions available are non-commission and salary is commensurate with experience.
