    Job Overview:

    This Junior Account Manager role sits within our Pureplay channel within our Sales Team. You will be responsible for the account P&L, stock forecasting and planning range assortment for our Amazon account.

    Key Responsibilities as an Junior Account Manager at Groupe SEB:

    • Supporting our Key Account Manager on profit and loss responsibility, ensuring competitiveness and profitable growth.
    • Delivering on short-term volume and ensuring spend forecasts are aligned to our monthly forecasts.
    • Liaising with the wider Amazon Retail and Groupe SEB EMEA teams to optimise the group’s market strategy.
    • Building and developing existing and new relationships with key stakeholders in the Amazon business.
    • Coordinating with our inventory and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
    • Utilizing analytical tools to track key performance indicators and generating actionable insights.
    • Implementing strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings and maximise revenue on the Amazon platform.
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and activate online events, launches and drive performance.

    Qualifications and Skills required as a Junior Account Manager at Groupe SEB:

    • You will possess an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or a related subject.
    • Amazon account management or other eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
    • You will be highly analytical with an ability to create insights and lessons from data.
    • You are a natural problem solver, able to think outside the box and come up with solutions.
    • You understand the importance of a Profit and Loss and willingness to learn Profit and Loss management.
    • You are a team player, able to communicate with ease cross functionally to get the job done.
    • You will be IT literate and fully competent on Microsoft Office packages. You can demonstrate your basic knowledge on Excel.
    • You understand the importance of clear and professional communications.
    • You are self-motivated and able to manage your own end-to-end processes.

    Overview on package – Junior Account Manager – Groupe SEB:

    • Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (09:00am to 05:30pm).
    • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross collaboration.
